Getting started
How do I turn on AI scenes?
Admin tab → PIN (default 1234) → AI Generation → choose Google Gemini or OpenAI and paste your own API key (create one at aistudio.google.com/apikey or platform.openai.com/api-keys). Tap Test connection. Each generation is billed by the provider to your account — the app does not sell credits.
How do I receive photos from my camera over Wi‑Fi?
Receive tab shows the address, port 2121, user and password. In the camera's FTP transfer settings enter those values, choose passive mode and turn Secure Protocol / FTPS off. Camera and iPad must be on the same Wi‑Fi (or the iPhone's Personal Hotspot). Admin → Camera Setup Guide has step-by-step instructions for Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm and Panasonic, and Troubleshooting shows the most common problems with pictures.
Can guests send photos from their own phones?
Yes — they scan the QR code on the Receive tab (or type the address shown under it) and upload from the browser. Nothing is installed on their phone.
Common questions
The AI says "declined for safety reasons".
The provider's content filter rejected that photo/scene combination. Try another scene, a different pose, or the other provider. Famous-landmark scenes with very close-up faces are the most frequent case.
Photos from the camera never arrive.
Check, in this order: same Wi‑Fi network; Secure Protocol off in the camera; the Receive tab shows "on" (it restarts automatically when you return to the app); the camera's FTP log shows 227 / 226 replies. The Receive log in the app shows every step.
How do I exit kiosk mode?
Press and hold the top-left corner of the screen for 3 seconds, then enter the admin PIN.
I forgot the admin PIN.
The default is 1234. If you changed it and forgot it, delete and reinstall the app (this removes photos and settings stored in the app — export an event profile first if you can).
Where are my photos stored?
In the app's private folder on the device (visible in Files → On My iPhone/iPad → AI Photographer). Turn on Admin → Sharing & Output → Save to Photos album to also keep them in the Photos app.

¿Los invitados pueden enviar fotos desde su teléfono?
Sí: escanean el código QR de la pestaña Receive (o escriben la dirección que aparece debajo) y suben la foto desde el navegador. No se instala nada en su teléfono.
Preguntas frecuentes
La IA dice "declined for safety reasons".
El filtro de contenido del proveedor rechazó esa combinación de foto y escena. Prueba otra escena, otra pose o el otro proveedor. Los monumentos famosos con caras en primer plano son el caso más frecuente.
Las fotos de la cámara nunca llegan.
Revisa, en este orden: misma red Wi‑Fi; Secure Protocol desactivado en la cámara; la pestaña Receive dice "on" (se reinicia sola al volver a la app); el registro FTP de la cámara muestra respuestas 227 / 226. El registro de Receive en la app muestra cada paso.
¿Cómo salgo del modo kiosco?
Mantén pulsada la esquina superior izquierda de la pantalla 3 segundos e introduce el PIN de administrador.
Olvidé el PIN de administrador.
El PIN por defecto es 1234. Si lo cambiaste y lo olvidaste, borra y reinstala la app (esto elimina las fotos y ajustes guardados en la app; exporta antes un perfil de evento si puedes).
¿Dónde se guardan mis fotos?
En la carpeta privada de la app en el dispositivo (visible en Archivos → En mi iPhone/iPad → AI Photographer). Activa Admin → Sharing & Output → Save to Photos album para guardarlas también en la app Fotos.
